Welcome to Amapas 353

Amapas 353 was my first home in Puerto Vallarta, and it's still my favorite place to stay.

What attracted me was its unique combination of location and privacy. Perched above Los Muertos Beach, the penthouse offers sweeping views of Banderas Bay while placing you just steps from the beach, the Romantic Zone, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. Yet when you're ready to relax, you can retreat to your own private top-floor sanctuary.

Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the ocean-view terrace, spending the afternoon at Mantamar Beach Club, or watching the sunset from the rooftop pool, Amapas 353 makes it easy to experience the very best of Puerto Vallarta.

The king bedroom is tucked away on the mountain side of the building, creating a quiet retreat that's separate from the living and entertaining spaces. The open living room, fully stocked kitchen, ocean-view terrace, and cozy loft provide comfortable gathering spaces for couples, friends, or small families.

Just one floor above the penthouse is one of Puerto Vallarta's most beautiful rooftop terraces. Enjoy panoramic views of Banderas Bay, relax by the pool, prepare dinner on the barbecue, or simply watch the sun disappear into the Pacific.

From Amapas 353, you're only a short walk to Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar Beach Club, the Romantic Zone, galleries, restaurants, cafés, and some of Puerto Vallarta's best nightlife.

One of my favorite things about staying here is that everything feels close enough to walk, yet the penthouse remains just far enough above the activity to offer privacy when you want it.

A Note About the Neighborhood

One of the reasons many guests choose Amapas 353 is its location overlooking Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. The neighborhood is lively, walkable, and full of great restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment.

On some evenings, the nearby Top Sky Bar at Almar Resort hosts live entertainment until approximately 10:00 PM. From the ocean-view terrace, many guests enjoy watching parts of the shows while taking in the views of Banderas Bay.

Inside the penthouse, double-pane windows and sliding glass doors help reduce outside sound, and the primary bedroom is located on the opposite side of the building from the beach and entertainment. Blackout and sheer curtains throughout the condo provide additional privacy and comfort.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat within walking distance of Puerto Vallarta's most vibrant beach and nightlife district, Amapas 353 offers an excellent balance of convenience, views, and privacy.

When I first started looking for a home in Puerto Vallarta, I wanted a place where I could walk almost everywhere.

Amapas 353 immediately stood out because it combined beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and a location close enough to enjoy the Romantic Zone without needing a car. It became my first home in Puerto Vallarta and started what eventually became Poole Properties.

Even today, I still enjoy sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset from the rooftop pool.
